본 방침은 모바일 게임 방구석 가챠샵 (Tiny Shelf)(이하 "서비스")가 이용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다. 서비스는 최소한의 정보만 수집하며, 이름·주소·전화번호 등 민감한 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

기기 내 게임 데이터: 보유 크리처, 진행도, 설정 등은 기기에 로컬 저장됩니다.
가명 계정 식별자: 수집 데이터를 동기화하기 위한 익명/가명 계정 식별자(앱 계정 ID)를 사용합니다. 이 식별자만으로 개인을 직접 특정하지 않습니다.
이메일 주소 (로그인 시에만): 컬렉션을 계정에 저장하려고 로그인하는 경우에만 이메일 주소를 수집해 계정 인증에 사용합니다. 로그인 없이 게스트로 플레이하면 수집하지 않습니다.
게임 기록: 뽑기 결과 및 보유 목록 등 게임 진행 기록.
수집하지 않는 정보: 이름, 전화번호, 정확한 위치, 연락처 목록, 사진, 결제수단 정보는 수집·저장하지 않습니다.

2. 결제

유료 아이템(뽑기권 등) 결제는 Google Play 결제 또는 토스(Toss) 결제를 통해 처리됩니다. 서비스는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 수집·저장하지 않으며, 결제 처리는 해당 플랫폼의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

3. 이용 목적

게임 기능 제공(수집 동기화, 진행도 저장)
부정 이용·오류 방지 및 서비스 개선

4. 처리 위탁 (제3자 처리자)

Supabase — 데이터 저장 및 인증 인프라
Vercel — 서버(API) 호스팅
Google Play / Toss — 앱 배포 및 결제

위 처리자는 서비스 제공 목적 범위 내에서만 데이터를 처리합니다.

5. 광고 및 추적

서비스는 현재 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 제3자 광고·분석 추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 보유 및 파기

계정 식별자에 연결된 게임 데이터는 서비스 제공 기간 동안 보관되며, 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 본인 데이터의 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. osu355@gmail.com 으로 요청해 주세요.

8. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

9. AI 생성 콘텐츠 고지

서비스에 등장하는 크리처 이미지는 AI로 생성된 콘텐츠입니다.

10. 변경

본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

Tiny Shelf (방구석 가챠샵) ("the Service") collects the minimum data needed to run the game and does not collect sensitive personal data such as your name, address, or phone number.

1. Information We Collect

On-device game data (collection, progress, settings) stored locally on your device.
A pseudonymous account identifier used only to sync your collection.
Email address (only if you sign in) — collected solely for account authentication when you choose to sign in to save your collection. Guests who play without signing in are not asked for an email.
Gameplay records such as pull results and owned items.
We do not collect your name, phone number, precise location, photos, or payment-card details.

2. Payments

Purchases (e.g., draw tickets) are processed by Google Play Billing or Toss. We do not collect or store payment-card information.

3. How We Use Data

To provide game features (sync, progress)
To prevent abuse and improve the service

5. Ads & Tracking

The Service currently shows no ads and uses no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

The creature images in the Service are AI-generated content.
